If you leave us a voicemail like "meh, here's my number 123-456-7890, call me" then we'll think you're someone wanting to sell us health insurance or printer toner and we're not calling back. Leave a DETAILED voicemail OR E-mail us for a quicker response. Seriously, E-mail is sooooo much quicker.
This is for general inquiries only (is this in stock? what is the sale price?, etc.). No messages pertaining to order updates, etc. will be answered through text messaging. No long winded conversations, quick short questions and answers only. Incomplete generic messages that obviously should require more information sent in the first place will not be answered, i.e. (I need a pulley, is it in stock). What pulley, OD, UD OEM?, What brand, what vehicle?
We answer E-mails 24/7/365 and pretty super duper quick too but note that not all E-mails will be answered as quick as you would like. If your question requires us to wait until business hours then that is when it will be answered. Like if you ask us to price out a 427 LS7 short block, expect a reply during business hours. But if you ask us if a certain part fits here or there or just wanna know how our day is, then expect a quick reply. CHECK YOUR SPAM/FOLDER IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE
