HOW IT WORKS IS VERY SIMPLE
WITH YOUR HP tuners, YOU READ YOUR VEHICLE'S PCM AND E-MAIL US YOUR .HPT AND/OR .HPL FILE(S) WITH A LIST OF YOUR VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS. COSPEEDtuning MODIFIES YOUR .HPT AND E-MAILS IT TO YOU. YOU WRITE THIS .HPT FILE TO YOUR VEHICLE'S PCM AND DATA LOG FOR US. YOU THEN SEND US A NEW .HPL FILE AND COSPEEDtuning MODIFIES AND E-MAILS YOU A NEW .HPT FILE TO WRITE TO YOUR VEHICLE'S PCM. RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE RUNS THE WAY IT SHOULD.

WHY SHOULD I DO A REMOTE TUNE WHEN I CAN DRIVE DOWN TO THE LOCAL TUNER AND GET IT DONE?
YOU CAN BUT MOST PEOPLE LIVE 1 OR 2 HOURS AWAY FROM A "LOCAL" TUNER.

ALSO YOU HAVE TO REALIZE, TUNERS ARE ON A HEAVY SCHEDULE MOST OF THE TIME. IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND THE TUNER FINDS THAT SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT (BAD MAP SENSOR, FOULED PLUGS, ETC.), HE/SHE MAY JUST TUNE IT TO GET YOU DONE AND ASK YOU TO COME BACK ON A LATER DATE TO GET THE TUNE "CORRECTED" (MOST VEHICLE OWNERS DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO BACK AND FORTH).

OR IF THE VEHICLE CAN'T BE TUNED BECAUSE SOMETHING ISN'T MECHANICALLY RIGHT, HE/SHE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT (MOST VEHICLE OWNERS DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO BACK AND FORTH).

WITH REMOTE TUNING, THE DATA LOGS WILL TELL US WHAT IS POSSIBLY WRONG AND WHAT CAN BE DONE TO FIX IT. YOUR VEHICLE IS WITH YOU, YOU CAN FIX IT THERE AT YOUR LEISURE AND WE CAN CONTINUE TO TUNE. NO DRIVING BACK AND FORTH AND NO RESCHEDULING. IN THE END, LESS HEADACHE AND TIME WASTED.
