A&A Corvette Upgrade Kit, Stage 1 (1997-2004 Corvette & Z06)

• This kit is designed as a low cost upgrade from earlier A&A and similar systems that utilized the laid down radiator and plastic top shroud.
• This new configuration puts the radiator back into its upright position which aids in both engine cooling and intercooler efficiency. Our custom sheet metal enclosure supports the front fascia and captures air from the radiator cavity, forcing it through the radiator and intercooler instead of allowing it to escape.
• The factory air dam is mounted at a forward facing angle which actually drives air up into the radiator cavity, further improving engine cooling.
• The new system also gives the engine compartment a much cleaner look.
• The original intercooler will be retained with some modification. Two of the original 90° hoses and the blowoff valve will also be reused.
• The customer will need to move the skid bar assembly/ radiator support back to its original configuration or replace it with a stock one. The brackets used to modify the skid bar assembly in the original kit may be used to bolt the cross bar back to the factory position.

• Formed plastic air bridge
• Custom high flow air filter
• Polished aluminum mandrel bent intake duct (also available in black)
• 21" aluminum charge tube
• Aluminum support bracket for charge tube with clamps
• 90° rubber elbow with 2 #048 clamps
• Silicone coupler kit ((3)3", (1)4" x 3.5" dia" and (1) 6" x 1/2" dia couplers)
• Clamp kit (please select model year)
• 2001-2004: (3)4.25", (1)4.00", and (4)3.75" stainless "T-Band" clamps
• 1997-2000: (2) #24 clamps, (1)4.25", and (7)3.75" stainless "T-Band" clamps
