WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Ordering an item from coloradoSPEED, LLC? We ship within the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Prior approval is needed to ship outside the contiguous United States (Lower 48) by Contacting Us. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped.
coloradoSPEED, LLC ships to the address provided by the customer. If FedEx, UPS or USPS charges coloradoSPEED, LLC for an address correction, the customer will be billed for that correction. We will no longer be responsible for customer typographical errors or incomplete addresses. By placing an order with coloradoSPEED, LLC you the customer authorize us to charge your account.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
FREE on orders $100 and over within contiguous United States (Lower 48). Orders under $100 incur a $12.95 Handling Fee. Orders shipped via Truck Freight or denoted with "THIS PART IS SHIPPED VIA TRUCK FREIGHT, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY. MULTIPLE TRUCK FREIGHT PARTS ON ANY ORDER MAY INCREASE THE SHIPPING AMOUNT." in the Product Description are excluded from Free S&H. Your customer representative will contact you with shipping costs.
NOTE: Due to the current cost of order processing, coloradoSPEED, LLC has instituted a $25 minimum order requirement.

You are responsible for all shipping charges.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped. Customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery.
Due to additional documentation and possible credit card verification, international orders may not ship the same day the order is placed. International orders take an additional amount of processing time due to the necessary documentation that must accompany the orders. Additional information may also need to be obtained by our Credit Card Verifications department prior to shipping an order. We appreciate your understanding and we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
HOW DO WE SHIP?
FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the contiguous United States (Lower 48) depending on which is most cost effective and quickest for coloradoSPEED, LLC and the customer.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
We ship within one to three business days after receiving your order on stocked items not including holidays and weekends. FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail transit times are one to seven business days excluding holidays and weekends.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by coloradoSPEED, LLC within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and our original Shipping & Handling costs to deliver your product(s). Orders paid by PayPal will incur an additional $0.30 (30 cents) PayPal processing fee. Orders paid by credit card will incur an additional $0.30 (30 cents) credit card processing fee. Credit card and PayPal processing fees are retained by the processor, not coloradoSPEED, LLC. Credit card fees will also not be refunded on special returns approved by coloradoSPEED, LLC after 14 days. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Additional charges may apply if packaging is damaged and coloradoSPEED, LLC must repackage your return to resellable condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
Products used in racing or off road conditions are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation.
Inspections of returned merchandise to coloradoSPEED, LLC are completed within seven business days of receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed if the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer/vendor for further testing.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Ordered parts on sale
- Custom ordered parts
You may exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by coloradoSPEED, LLC within 14 days of delivery. Or if you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form. You will be refunded your original purchase price minus our original Shipping & Handling costs to deliver your product(s). Place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us one to seven business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
All exchanges are subject to inspection. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (one to seven business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (one to seven business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (one to seven business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. After we process the refund, your bank may take one to seven days to post a credit back to your account.
Orders that have been cancelled by the customer at no fault by coloradoSPEED, LLC incur a $.30 (30 Cents) credit card or a $.30 (30 Cents) credit card PayPal fee. This fee is retained by the processor, not coloradoSPEED, LLC.
Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by a company issued refund check sent via US Mail.
PACKING & SENDING YOUR RETURN
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable UPS or FedEx. USPS is not available in our area except for letter mail deliveries. Returns via USPS will not be accepted and rejected. All returns must be sent prepaid, no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL FRAUD POLICY
coloradoSPEED, LLC takes credit card and PayPal fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the perpetrator of fraud, be assured that coloradoSPEED, LLC will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Postal Inspection Service and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.
coloradoSPEED, LLC also uses a nationwide collection agency that collects delinquent accounts using their vast network of law firms and and collection agencies. Deadbeats will be reported to a collection agency for non-payment and/or fraudulent charge backs. A 30% additional charge is implemented in addtion to the total value of the charge back in question.
